At BASICS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags and packaging.
• Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
